I saw them once in the summer 1984 in Berlin. I'd never heard of them before and they were great. They became one of my favorite German bands. The singer was previously in a band called Sick Pleasure that released one album in 1983. Porno Patrol released one 7"ep and had other songs on several comp. LPs. In 1985 they change guitarists and also changed the name of the band to No Allegiance. No Allegiance released two LPs and toured the USA in 1986. The singer was an American and he also had a record label called Destiny Records that released some great records. I think he does tour promotion these days in Europe. There should be another Porno Patrol tape in those boxes recorded at AJZ Bielefeld in 1984. They play all their songs plus Steppin Stone on that one. Hoping for that one someday.
